Gizlilik Politikasi
NovaSocio, gorevlerini, aliskanliklarini, odak surelerini ve davranis hafizani tek bir kisisel akis icinde yonetmen icin tasarlanmistir. Bu politika hangi verileri topladigimizi, neden kullandigimizi ve verilerini nasil yonetebilecegini aciklar.
Topladigimiz veriler
- Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, kullanici kimligi ve istege bagli profil adi.
- Profil gorseli: kullanici isterse yukledigi profil fotografi.
- Uygulama etkinligi: gorevler, aliskanliklar, odak sureleri, gunluk kayitlar, rozet ilerlemesi ve benzeri uygulama ici kayitlar.
- Cihaz veya diger kimlikler: oturum, guvenlik ve senkronizasyon icin Firebase/Google servisleri tarafindan kullanilabilen kimlikler.
- Satinalma durumu: premium veya ozel etiket gibi haklarin etkin olup olmadigini gosteren kayitlar. Odeme karti veya banka bilgisi toplamiyoruz.
Verileri neden kullaniyoruz?
- Hesap olusturma, oturum acma ve kullanici hesabini yonetme.
- Gorev, aliskanlik, odak ve gunluk akis verilerini cihazlar arasinda senkronize etme.
- Kisisel ilerleme, rozetler, seri ve davranis hafizasi gibi uygulama ozelliklerini calistirma.
- Kullanici isterse gunluk rehber/AI icgorusu uretme.
- Uygulama guvenligini, erisim haklarini ve satinalma durumunu dogrulama.
Veriler kimlerle paylasilir?
Kisisel verilerini satmayiz. Veriler, uygulamanin calismasi icin kullandigimiz hizmet saglayicilarla yalnizca gerekli oldugu olcude islenebilir.
Firebase / Google Cloud
Kimlik dogrulama, veritabani, depolama, bildirim ve bulut fonksiyonlari icin kullanilir.
Google Play
Android uygulama dagitimi ve uygulama ici satin alma haklarinin dogrulanmasi icin kullanilir.
Groq / AI servisleri
Kullanici rehber/AI ciktisi istediginde, yalnizca gerekli davranis ozeti islenebilir.
Saklama ve silme
Hesap ve uygulama kayitlari, uygulamanin temel islevleri icin hesabinda saklanir. Verilerini uygulama icinden sifirlayabilir veya hesabini tamamen silebilirsin.

Guvenlik
Veriler aktarim sirasinda sifrelenir. Kullanici verileri Firebase Authentication, Firestore Security Rules ve Storage Security Rules gibi erisim kontrolleriyle korunur.

Privacy Policy
NovaSocio helps you manage tasks, habits, focus sessions and behavior memory in a personal flow. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how you can manage or delete your data.
Data we collect
- Account information: email address, user ID and optional profile name.
- Profile image: an optional photo uploaded by the user.
- App activity: tasks, habits, focus duration, daily entries, badge progress and similar in-app records.
- Device or other identifiers: identifiers that may be used by Firebase/Google services for session, security and synchronization.
- Purchase entitlement: records showing whether premium or special tag access is active. We do not collect payment card or bank details.
Why we use data
- To create accounts, sign users in and manage user accounts.
- To synchronize tasks, habits, focus and daily flow data across devices.
- To power progress, badges, streaks and behavior memory features.
- To generate daily guide/AI insights when requested by the user.
- To verify app security, access rights and purchase entitlements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate the app.
- Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database, storage, notifications and cloud functions.
- Google Play: Android distribution and in-app purchase entitlement verification.
- Groq / AI services: behavior summaries may be processed when the user requests AI guidance.
Retention and deletion
Account and app records are retained while your account is active and while needed to provide the app features. You can reset your data in the app or delete your account.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit. User data is protected with access controls such as Firebase Authentication, Firestore Security Rules and Storage Security Rules.
